Order cancellation policy
Order cancellation requests must be made within one hour of purchase.
Return policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the original invoice is included in the package and/or the order number is clearly written on the returned package. Note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or orders.
All wood products, pacifiers and cording are exempt from being returned for sanitary reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable or returnable.
Any inquiries regarding potential issues must be emailed to hello@carasupply.com within 10 days of receiving your order so that we are able to address and verify them in a timely manner. Please include your order number in the email.
Submit a return request
1. Log in to your account (you can also just click the profile icon in the site header).
2. Click the order that you want to submit a return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the exact items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note explaining the details.
5. Click "Request Return".
We will respond to your return request within 1-3 business days. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund for your returned item. In select cases—such as order anomalies or one-time exceptions—we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is tied to your customer account and will be automatically applied at checkout when you're signed in.
Any fees Cara & Co incurs from returned packages will be deducted from the final refund (i.e return import taxes or additional shipping charges). If the return has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
