Once you have accumulated a certain amount of points, either your account will prompt you via email to ask if you would like to redeem them OR you will be prompted to redeem your points at checkout. If you choose to redeem your points, you will be given a coupon code that can be entered at checkout on your next purchase for your extra savings! You can also log in to your account on this page and redeem your points right away! Enjoy!

No worries! If you redeem your points at checkout but change your mind about using them on your current order, your coupon code won’t go to waste. It will be automatically saved in your rewards account for future use. Just log into your account whenever you're ready, and your reward will be waiting for you!

No, your points do not expire.  When you redeem them and receive a coupon code, that code also does not expire until it is used. 

Because we are a Canadian company, coupon values are set in Canadian currency, but will convert to USD equivalent if you are shopping in USD.

Your Rewards code cannot be combined with other order-level discount codes (such as our CaraCodes & other site-wide promotional codes). However, they can be stacked on top of our shipping discounts, the volume tiers in our wholesale program, as well as any product-level discount codes!

Your order must be at least $30 in order for you to apply a rewards coupon code at checkout. If your order is below $30, the code will not work at checkout.
