Today weโre going to show you how to make this adorable wildflower charm!ย Grab a coffee, gather your craft supplies, and letโs get crafting!
Supplies Needed:
- 60 x 9mm Round Beads
- 1 x 60โ Nylon Cord
- 1 x Keyring & Clip or Beadable Bar (see our beadable bar tutorial here)ย
- Lighter
- Needle
- Scissors
- Pliers
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Thread six 9mm round beads onto your cord for the center of your flower. Tie a tight double knot.
2. Thread your crafting needle onto one end of the cord, and thread the needle through one of the silicone beads beside your knot. Pull the knot into the middle of the bead. (You might need pliers to help pull the needle through.) You should have a cord on either side of the bead. Continue threading through the next five beads until both ends of your cord are between the same beads.
3. Thread both ends of your cord onto your needle, and put two 9mm beads onto both cords.
4. Unthread your needle, and place nine beads onto 1 cord. Put the cord up through the centre circle of your flower, and pull the cord tight between the next two beads in the center circle.
5. Thread your needle and insert it back through the last two beads. You have now completed 1 petal of your flower.
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5ย ย on your current working cord to complete 4 petals in total.
7. Now switch to your longer cord, and repeat steps 4 & 5 one more time to complete 1 more petal.
8. For your last petal, thread your remaining seven beads between your 2 cords (1 cord has 3 & 1 cord has 4 beads).
9. String your Keyring & Clip onto one of your cords. Tie a tight double knot.
10. Thread your needle onto a cord, and insert it into 2 of the beads beside the knot. Pull the cord through, pulling the knot into one of the beads. Trim your cord and lightly fuse to prevent fraying. Do the same thing for the other cord.

And thatโs it! Your wildflower charm is ready to be clipped onto bags, keys, or anywhere you want to add a little handmade touch.
Happy Crafting!
