Beaded Flower Pacifier Clip

The requests have been pouring in for a Beaded Flower Pacifier Clip Tutorial, and we are so pleased to bring you this one!

You can be sure that the techniques we show are safe when assembled correctly! Sit back and grab that coffee! Let’s dig in!

Supplies Needed:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Fold your cord in half and loop onto your clip. 2. Knot the cord about ¼” from the clip.3. Thread your needle and place two 15mm round beads onto your cord, pulling the beads over the knot to cover it.4. Take your needle off, and place four 12mm round beads onto each cord.5. Thread your needle on the left cord, and place it down into four beads on the right cord and back up 2 of the beads on the left cord.6. Pull the cords tight to form a tight circle.7. Using the cord that still has the needle on it, thread a 15mm round bead on it, placing it in the centre of your circle you created. Pull tight and place the cord between two of the 12mm round beads closest to the hole of the 15mm round bead. Pull tightly to help the cord fall deeper between the 12mm round beads.8. Insert your needle down into the 12mm round beads and back up the other side of the flower to rejoin the other cord.

9. Tie a tight overhand knot about ¼” away from the flower you just created.

10. Trim the shorter of the 2 cords close to the knot. Lightly fuse the knot to secure it.

11. Place a 15mm round bead onto your remaining cord, and pull it over the knot.12. Place on the remaining two 15mm round beads.13. Thread the needle and push it back through the second last bead.14. Pull the last two beads down until you have about 5 inches of doubled string length between the third last bead and the two end beads.15. Tie a knot under the third last bead and trim your end. Lightly fuse the end and knot to secure it.16. Pull the second last bead up and over the knot to cover it.17. Pull the last bead up and knot the loop tightly against the last bead. The options for making beautiful and delicate flowers are endless and we can’t wait to see what you make! We love seeing your creativity! From all of us at Cara & Co,

Happy Crafting!
