Beadable Snowflake Ornament

Add some shimmer to your Christmas tree with these gorgeous Exclusive Beadable Snowflake Ornaments! Our metal snowflakes are so easy to craft, and look stunning with our acrylic beads and spacers!

Supplies Needed:

• Metal Snowflake Ornament Blank
• Round Nose Pliers
• Length of Ribbon for hanging
• Assortment of small Acrylic Beads, (make sure you check below for the complete list of beads we used!)

• 18x 4mm Clear Acrylic Beads (from our 4mm Acrylic Bead Kit)
• 12x Matte Metallic 8mm Acrylic Beads in Blue
• 6x Pearl Berry Rhinestone Acrylic Beads in White
• 6x Metallic 12mm Acrylic Beads in Silver

• 18x 4mm Clear Acrylic Beads (from our 4mm Acrylic Bead Kit)
• 6x Matte Metallic 8mm Acrylic Beads in Blue
• 6x Metallic 12mm Acrylic Beads in Silver
• 6x Large Gemstone Spacers in Silver
• 6x Matte Metallic 12mm Acrylic Beads in Blue

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Taking your acrylic beads, determine the pattern you want for each spoke of your snowflake! We suggest starting with two small 4mm beads, arranging your beads in size from small to large near the end.

2. Leave approximately ¼” on the end of your metal spoke.

3. Taking your pliers, grip the very tip of the metal spoke. Holding the beads and wire straight with your other hand, twist your pliers to bend the tip into a circle. Twist the tip back on itself. This rounded metal end will keep the beads from coming off.

4. Repeat the same pattern on the remaining spokes until your snowflake is complete.

5. Taking your ribbon, either hot glue it to your ornament, or loop it through one of the metal loops to hang. Tie a bow at the length you prefer, and trim your ends if you prefer.
