Yes! We love providing products and service for all of our US and international customers. We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL.

Yes! Local pick-up will come up as an option at checkout for customers.
Our pick-up location is in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
If you have selected this option at checkout, we will email you specific pick-up details once we have finished packaging your order.
If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us, but your tracking number is not updating immediately, do not be alarmed! At times, tracking number updates can be delayed for a day or two. Hang tight, and most likely you will see an update come within one or two days after we have shipped your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Our return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be unopened and in its original packaging. Note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or orders.
All wood products, pacifiers and cording are exempt from being returned for sanitary reasons. Gift-cards are also non-refundable or returnable.

Order cancellation requests must be made within one hour of purchase. In order to cover the costs incurred from cancelled orders, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to ALL cancelled orders.

Safety & Care
Safety is of utmost importance to us as a company so that you can craft with confidence.
In order to ensure that our food-grade silicone products meet the highest standards of safety, they have been rigorously tested by independent, third-party governing safety facilities.
It is important that our products are cared for appropriately and conscientiously. This will help protect them from damage or unsafe use.
Silicone is freezer and top-rack dishwasher safe. Wash with mild soap and warm water; lay flat to dry.
Wood is naturally organic and anti-bacterial. Treat with organic oil (i.e. coconut, olive, etc.) to help seal and preserve. Never soak in water or expose to extreme temperatures. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Cords, clasps and pacifier clips are never intended to be chewed or sucked. Do not submerse or expose regular clips to moisture for extended periods. To wash, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
